Engaging Title: What is the Alphabet Challenge?

Look out stretchy pants and loose-fitting tops! Shamelessly stealing our coworker's idea, we decided to choose a new restaurant for each letter of the alphabet as a way to eat our way through Nashville. Rather than keeping our opinions to ourselves (cuz let's face it, we can't keep them to ourselves anyway), we've decided to share them here with y'all. Here's how it works: we've scoured the popular Nashville new restaurant guides (Nashville guru, Nashville Eater, etc) and based on our tastes we have created a list with one restaurant for each letter of the alphabet. The rules: there are no rules! *insert maniacal laughter* We promise to not go in order, give honest reviews (#honest), provide a 'must try' and 'meh' list, and try not to go off on too many Nashville bachelorette party tangents (go home girls, no one actually wears cowboy boots). Caveat: we are food scientists, not writers. On a scale of Stephenie Meyer to 10, we will aim for a 6.5. (Because 4 Twilight books were enough). #teamjacob
